The rotisserie is a very attractive element inside any type of food service operation. The harmonious mixture of stainless steel, cast iron, enamel, copper or brass, creates an exquisite decorative piece, the showcase of any kitchen.

Installation rules:
*
Directly against a non-combustible wall, or min. 150 mm (6") clearance to combustible surfaces in the back of the unit
*
Leave 1525 mm (5 ft) of space in front of the unit clear from combustible materials and furniture
*
Horizontal clearance on the sides is 50 mm (2") to any type of surface and minimum 150 mm if the surface is of combustible nature
*
Vertical clearance to combustible surfaces is 915 mm (36")
*
A unit must be installed under a ventilation hood. Ventilation requirements are to be determined in accordance with local/national codes. Avoid any air draft close to the unit
Cooking time
The rotisserie needs to warm-up for at least 15 minutes. After this period, a medium sized chicken (cold) will take approximately one hour to cook.
